Copper Mtn April 2017 USASA Border Cross
This is a National event for 12-13 year old boys who have qualified in other events nationwide
Elijah qualified for this event in Oregon,
and placed 28th out of 80 boys in this event.

First he had to run a "heat", which determined his race position and who he races against...
Based on their qualifying runs, four boys at a time race each other down the mountain....
It starts off like a roller coaster ride !!
And the "bumps" just keep getting bigger....
And of course, there are plenty of corners to go around....
And more jumps to get "air" off of....
It's a bird....
