Using 10-24 screws and threaded brass inserts to mount the hurricane panels

1/4" hole for the inserts

A length of 10-24 headless screw is a guide pin for each panel

10-24 screws with a washer hold the panels in place

3 window sizes, three panel sizes, the panels for a given window size
are all cut and drilled identical and are interchangeable

It takes about 5 minutes per panel to put them up
